We provide a wide range of essential services, including: course registration updates, academic records and transcripts, enrollment and graduation services, scheduling and calendars, maintaining FERPA and student privacy.

Please be aware that guest students are not eligible for federal financial aid or the Massachusetts free community college programs.

If you are unable to receive your advisor’s signature or professors permission, you may forward to our office an email from your advisor/professor ¾º²ÊÍø email address that states you have permission to enroll in the course(s) indicated on your registration form and we will accept their email in lieu of their signature. Our office email address is registrar@massbay.edu.

If you’re a guest student and the course(s) you’re looking to enroll in require proof of completion of a pre/co-requisite(s), please complete and submit a On this form you may self-certify that you have completed the required requisite(s) to enroll within the Self-Certification of Pre-Requisite area. Please make sure when completing this portion that you include all details of the pre/co-requisite(s).

If you’re a degree seeking student and you have not submitted your official transcript to ¾º²ÊÍø, you may submit your registration form along with a copy of your unofficial transcript to our office (registrar@massbay.edu). Your unofficial transcript must state your name and the name of the school. Once received, we will forward your documents to the Advising Office for review and once complete you will receive communication from a representative within a 2-3 business days.

After you complete an interactive form, an email is sent to the email address that was indicated on your form. Within this email, you must confirm your signature. Once your signature has been confirmed, your request is directed to our office (registrar@massbay.edu). If this is your first time at ¾º²ÊÍø you'll receive an email with log-in credentials from the ¾º²ÊÍø IT Help Desk (helpdesk@massbay.edu) once your form has been processed by our staff. These credentials will log you into your ¾º²ÊÍø email address and Bay Navigator account. Official enrollment confirmation will be sent to your ¾º²ÊÍø email address.

Official/unofficial transcripts may be requested by:

  1. Bay Navigator account (via Parchment Electronic Transcript Request): To make this request, click on Academic Records and Grades tile and choose Offical Transcript Request from the option list. Official transcripts can be requested through Parchment and will be emailed or mailed to the address indicated for a fee of $3.50. This includes immediate tracking of the status of your request. You can also access the Parchment login page .
    And, you may request/print unofficial transcripts via your Bay Navigator account.
  2. Transcript Request Form: You may complete either our  or our  to have your transcript mailed through the postal mail. The print and download transcript request form may be submitted to our office email address at registrar@massbay.edu. There is no cost to the student using this method to request your official transcript.

Official transcripts will be processed and mailed through the postal mail within 2-3 business days. Once a transcript has been mailed, we are unable to provide an update on the status of the request.
