The ECE Scholarship Program provides financial assistance for currently employed early childhood and out-of-school time educators and providers who enroll in a certificate, associate, bachelor’s, or master’s degree program in the Early Childhood Education or After School/Out-of-School Time field.

The annual application period began April 1, 2023. Join the next session to learn more about the Early Childhood Scholarship. The session will go over eligibility, how to apply, and conclude with a Q&A.
Who is eligible?
You must be a working ECE educator and reside in Massachusetts.
Which majors apply?
- Supported degrees include Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Family Studies, Child Care Administration, or fields that directly name early child development and its specific areas of inquiry.
- Eligible graduate/master’s programs include these same categories as well as Early Childhood Research, Policy, and Practice; Education Entrepreneurship; and Learning Sciences.
